TikTok User Audience API
Returns where a creator's followers are: the top countries in their audience, with sampled follower counts and each country's share.
GET /v1/tiktok/user/audienceLast updated November 2026Maintained by the SocialCrawl team
When to use the TikTok User Audience API
Use it for audience geography only. Age and gender are not available publicly on TikTok or any other platform.
From the API reference
Returns audience geography for a TikTok creator: audienceLocations ranks the top countries in the creator's audience with sampled follower counts and percentage share. The ranking is built from a sample of the creator's public followers (typically a few hundred), not the full follower base, so treat the percentages as a concentration ranking rather than a census. When the creator has a public Shop marketplace card, the same response also carries audienceAges and audienceGenders (percentage share) and audienceStates (sampled US-state counts). Age and gender are absent when no marketplace card exists; the country ranking is still returned.

What can you do with the User Audience API?
The User Audience endpoint gives you structured TikTok data with computed fields in a single request. No scraping infrastructure to build or maintain.
Example Request
# GET /v1/tiktok/user/audience: 5 credits per call. Cache hits are free and failed calls are refunded.
# Check the price first for 0 credits: add dry_run=1 to the query. Nothing is fetched or charged.
# --max-time 31: this endpoint's measured p99 latency x 1.5.
# --retry 3: retries timeouts, 429 and 5xx, honoring Retry-After.
# -o response.json keeps only the final attempt's body.
# One Idempotency-Key per request, reused on every retry, so a retried call is never charged twice.
