H&M API

What can you do with the Product Suppliers API?

The Product Suppliers endpoint gives you structured H&M data with computed fields in a single request. No scraping infrastructure to build or maintain.

Example Request

# GET /v1/hm/product/suppliers: 5 credits per call. Cache hits are free and failed calls are refunded.
# Check the price first for 0 credits: add dry_run=1 to the query. Nothing is fetched or charged.
# --max-time 60: the API's own time limit for this endpoint.
# --retry 3: retries timeouts, 429 and 5xx, honoring Retry-After.
# -o response.json keeps only the final attempt's body.
# One Idempotency-Key per request, reused on every retry, so a retried call is never charged twice.

Contact us
What does the H&M supplier list contain?
For one product it returns the manufacturing countries, and under each country the supplier names and the factories, with factory name, address and a worker-count band such as 3501-4000. It is the supply-chain record H&M publishes for that article.
How do I get the product id this endpoint needs?
Take it from a row of GET /v1/hm/search, or from the digits in a product page URL: www2.hm.com/en_us/productpage.0963662139.html is 0963662139. Pass it as product_id.
What happens with a product id H&M cannot resolve?
The call fails instead of returning an empty list, so you can tell a bad id from a product with no data. Credits for failed calls are refunded automatically.
Does the language parameter change the factory list?
No. language is accepted but the factory list is the same in every catalogue, so you do not need to match it to the market you searched.
How much does an H&M supplier lookup cost?
Each call costs 5 credits on the advanced tier. New accounts get 100 free credits, enough for about 20 lookups, and there is no subscription.
