How to monitor brand mentions across news, blogs and forums
Send your brand name as keyword and a start date as date_from to prism/brand-mentions. One request returns mention volume over the window, the positive and negative split, the sites that talk about you most, a sample of recent mentions and, with include=digest, a short summary of what they say. A run costs 50 credits.
The calls, in order
Each step is one request to the SocialCrawl API. Copy the curl, add your key and run it.
Brand mention volume time-series, sentiment split, top sources, and recent mentions for one keyword.
date_from is the first day of the window, as YYYY-MM-DD. To watch a brand across social platforms instead, with every post inside your dates, judged against your question and de-duplicated, send brands and period to prism/discover, and add a schedule to a POST to repeat it on its own (guide: /docs/prism/discover).
